The staff is attentive and friendly and maintenance quick to respond. The grounds are well-kept, the lofts are awesome. I love living here, feel like I'm on a permanent vacation.

Maintenance team is sloppy and seemingly takes the easy way out often rather than doing an excellent job. Great management and amenities!

They double booked the freight elevator when I moved in and moved out and when I complained, while moving out, they cursed and yelled at me and then slammed the door on my arm causing bruises. I called the authorities.

Overall amazing experience

Maybe good for a student, but it's a hassle for anyone else.

Wish I could stay. Lofts 640 is worth every dime!
