Lisa Miller is an awful person and an even worse landlord. She does not respond to concerns or emails, when she does she is extremely rude. She never follows through with maintenance requests. NEVER work with her. I regret it.

Terrible landlord. Rude, unresponsive, and a scammer. Her team is a joke- no one communicates or shared information and documents. She is impossible to get a hold of. House not up to code. She milks her tenants for money at every turn.

Lisa Miller’s complete unprofessional demeanor towards students she rents to was shocking. This woman has the audacity to yell at people on the phone, and she would either screen your calls or answer and realize it was a person asking about a lease issue and hang up on you! She should lose her license to rent and I hope no one puts themselves through the absolute migraine it was to deal with her. Do not rent from this lady or her business!

It took 6 days and an email to the housing authority to fix the heat (house got to mid-40’s inside), & 3 weeks to replace the washing machine. Her people then removed something w/ no notice which left the basement coated in soot, which we had to clean. There was/is a hole in a bathroom wall. Took a while to fix a constantly running toilet, we had to pay very high water bill as a result. Did not get deposit back for 46 days at which point she tried to charge us for repairs of things that were broken when I moved in. She had six people living in the house the year before. One had to pretend to be moving out when authorities inspected. I have 7 emails about house tours in less than 24 hours (not that they arrived at the times they said), 5 of tours outside business hours, and memories of many more tours with no notice. Ever been surprised in the shower by your landlady giving a house tour? Go with Lisa and you can see what it’s like.
