Unfulfilled potential

Not cleaned or repainted when we moved in. Debris was in an overgrown yard with a run down raised bed. Often unaware of the state of her property. Fence was in poor condition. The heating unit was in poor condition. Bugs inside the house and outside were left to us to treat. The roof leaked. She would delay repairs for weeks. She did not return half of our deposit due to the paint issue and raised bed garden that was there when we moved in. Nice house but look elsewhere.
