The area is in a great location, walking distance from the 2 or 3 train. My apartment is well spacious and I love the amenities that is offer.

I have no complaints about Lenox Terrace. I feel safe and comfortable. I like my neighbors and I get all of my packages. I will suggest anyone apply to this apartment complex.

I like this complex but the maintenance department is incompetent. I've put out several requests through their online portal, called them several times for months about plumbing and closet issues and they have been totally unresponsive.

Management does not enforce rules--loud noisy parties, balconies used as storage, laundry room gross. Market rate rent goes up drastically every year.

I would never recommend LT. The management are extremely rigid and will increase your rent by more than 10% once your lease is up.

The neighborhood is not great. there for nearby work at the hospital. Nice buildings, my unit was nice, and the staff is all right.
