The house was minimally cleaned when we moved in (only cleaned carpets). They granted us a $100 stipend to hire cleaners, however this covered only a few of the many rooms and items that needed deep cleaning. Landlords didn't know anything about the utilities, trash day, mail key, and other necessary details about the house. The power and gas were shut off before we can move in, complicating matters (which meant we couldn't move in). We had to contact various government agencies just to determine who services the properties and suprisingly had to pay high security deposits just to get utility access (wasn't informed about this from the landlord). Land lord is respectful, but appears uncaring and indifferent to tenant circumstances. Previous landlord relationships had shown more understanding and humanity. They seemed to only care about the business of running the property and not to the service they are offering to actual people. Would give them 3 out of 5 stars.
