Got out of there as fast as I could. Had housing @ the time,I gave it up to get out of there. I cleaned & painted the entire place under the expressed agreement by both parties my deposit would be returned. After I cleaned & painted the entire place he refused to return my deposit or pay me for my time painting his place. He tried to extort money from me several times, but I had my receipts. It rained in my bathroom. The floors were falling in. Carpet was disgusting when I moved in. Slumlord.

This landlord does not keep his books well. I have receipts proving he was paid in a timely manor but extorted money from me. Did not do any repairs in the 24 hour window, if at all. Then threw me out for complaining about not repairing what was agreed on in the lease. I went without heat in the winter, broken pipes, mold problems. The list is to long. Horrible landlord.
