Nice neighbors, horrible landlord.

Lana owns several private properties. When we first moved in she told us the home would be cleaned, it was not. Not only did we have to clean the place we had to get rid of furniture left by the previous tenant. Throughout our time she was unresponsive to issues. A leaking roof, a sliding glass door with a broken lock, an oven leaking gas, a broken garage door and other issues. Somethings took a year and threats to go to the county to get fixed, others we did finally on our own and deducted the amount from rent.
