I would not recommend this property or this landlord. We had an expert come out (I paid for this) to learn the house was infested with mold after feeling sick in the home for a period of time. We moved out when the landlord would not address. He also entered our property multiple times without giving notice and would give a key to multiple repair men who would show up without warning, at times when we were in the home sleeping.
