Landlord does not fix heater until we called the city several times on them. Notice the room was below 60 degree during Boston winter. Landlord does not fix the laundry machine, even when it is their property. It is still broken up till today. When first moved in there was a dead rat in the basement and there were flies crawling up through the pipes. My roommate and I are immigrants. Landlord is very disrespectful on our origins and mentioned “in this country we do things like such and such”.
