Greedy Slumlord

Constantly covering up repairs that needs to seriously taken care of, acts like it's your fault his building is in shambles, greedy and money hungry. Constantly spending money on trips instead of tending to the upkeep of his properties.

Understanding Landlord

I think Kendall was a great landlord. If I couldn't reach him by phone I could always reach him by text message. When I was late on rent one month he gave me a courtesy and didn't charge a late fee. Anything that may have malfunctioned or a light bulb I couldn't reach to replace, he would replace for me or come fix.

Cheap Rent Isn't Worth It

Although the price of rent was hard to beat, he is the biggest piece of scum I've ever met. He made up a bunch of reasons to keep our security deposit and tried charging us $2,000, which he couldn't do within the lease. The only reason he kept our security deposit is because he's broke after getting caught being involved in a Comcast scam. Stay far, far away...

Too good to be true

Although his rent isn't bad, he doesn't replace major appliances in a timely manner and says he came to check them out when you weren't home. The water was shut off for a week because he didn't pay the water bill. The internet and cable was interrupted once a month because his credit card "was maxed out" in his words. He doesn't give you the 24 hour notice like landlords are supposed to when they're coming over. He told us "there's significant damages to the house", but he said all year we were the cleanest tenants he's ever had. When we told him we weren't renewing the lease he tried everything in his ability to change our minds. When we didn't, he then said we would not be getting our security deposits back because of damages, which isn't true at all. He's a shady landlord who tries to flip houses to make money.
