We rented a home that he had scalped from people who were in foreclosure, did the very minimum to repair it and then just left as is. He left the lower level with a concrete floor after pulling out the carpet. He has another house that is literally falling into the ground. It is in a nice neighborhood, average home price $600K or more and his last tenants were busted for having a ***** lab. Don't rent from him!!
