Josh is super sociable and a great salesperson. Once in the apartment however, not so big a fan. Attentiveness was less than satisfactory, often never replying to texts or following up on calls, even for simple questions. When the air conditioning broke (for the 2nd time), our home was 80+ degrees. It was clearly not a priority for the landlord as it did not get fixed for another 3 (hot and sticky) days with no communication regarding when or why it was not getting addressed. Very frustrating.
We were told if we didn't paint the entire downstairs when we moved out we wouldn't get our security deposit back. When we asked what color we could touch up with he gave us the wrong color so we ended up painting the entire house. That's one way not to hire painters I guess.
