Jose Alba is a real good guy he goes through LSANY realty to rent his apartments, which is a total scam for students. Regarding the apartment, it is very nice and everything was in order. Prior to moving in Jose will paint and fix up the apartment where necessary. Jose is always responsive and quick to any problem we have as tenants and helps where ever he can.

Fordham Off Campus

Jose uses LSANY, a local real estate office to market his apartments to Fordham students. The apartments are in good shape and prior to moving in will repaint the apartment. Despite having minimal encounters with Jose every time has been pleasant. He usually responds to our calls quickly and in a helpful manner.
