I moved into this property through subsidized housing. From the second month of me living in this property Gerri became VERY VERY NASTY AND DISRESPECTFUL so much to the point I blocked him from my phone, we have a middle guy who handles talk to him for me. At this point I am about to ask for an emergency transfer out of this property due to he does not want o do any wear and tear maintenance. I had my bedroom my kids rooms and the bathroom painted this past winter. The hot water knob has falling off in my tub, the cold water one is loose, so the water is trickling. Lets talk about how I have thrown beds and furniture away due to infections of bugs roaches, bedbugs, spiders you name I have sen it in my house. He told me I couldn't have animals but I have a cat for the mice he refuse to exterminate for and dogs for the door he did't want to fix at the time because I wanted to feel extra protected in my house. Over the last several months I was displaced for him to fumigate but the exterminator is not following up so its not help and now he think I am going to pay for an exterminator and buy new furniture, NOT HAPPENING...I WILL BE MOVING...DO NOT RENT FROM GERRI DIPETRO DO NOT RENT FROM HIM

Doesn't care to respond in a timely manner or fix issues. The place was in fairly good shape, but I don't think this was because the company put any effort or money into it-- I think past tenants just took decent care of it. There are a number of incidents that stood out during my time there: -One time we were without gas for almost a week due to Jerry not calling the technician. .We had to handle this issue ourselves. During this time he was unresponsive -Bedbugs due to a downstairs tenant having them (who also was renting from the same company). Were not dealt with in a timely manner until I contacted another staff member at the company. Prior to me moving in my roommates had a serious infestation due to the same problem (bedbugs downstairs). They had to discard many furniture items and were never reimbursed. -Stove broke a couple weeks before we were set to move out and they just never fixed it. -When we were moving out, they tried to rush us out so they could get tenants in right after. Sent cleaning company to our apartment with no notice. These people moved our belongings around and landlord acted as if this was no big deal. Red flag is that you can't find a website for them. Cleveland Properties either is a fake name or shell company. They definitely don't have an office, so good luck tracking them down when they fail to respond to you about a serious issue such as bedbugs.

Gerri is very rude. By the second year of me being in his property I had to block him because he was going to have me have a mental break. I was behind in my rent and was trying to get it together he was calling my mom hollering and screaming just being plan rude I asked him not rob involve my mom she does live with me he continued to call her. Now I deal with him through the man that come to pick my rent up. I can’t wash my porch because I’m scared if the wood gets wet anymore it’s going to sink in, my walls have not been painted since I been here, he doesn’t want to pay for any type of extermination, my son was constantly being bite. None of the bed room doors are still on the hinge and he has refused to put them back. One winter the gas valve was broke he the gas company wouldn’t turn the gas on until it was fixed he didn’t care he took like 3 days to fix it.
