Called my grandma harassingly after 9pm over and over for stupid stuff even after he was asked to stop. Did not do a good job with maintenance at all. Left dangerous rusty nails all around the property.

Horrible. When we moved in he promised he'd fix the AC immediately, it took 6 months. He came to put up a fence & when he left there was boards from the old one left all over with rusty nails sticking out of them. He was asked to fix it several times but did nothing for a month. Cracks in the foundation. No weatherization in the house. Hi electric bill because of bad air flow problems. Lots of plumbing issues. Worst of all when we complained about black mold he told us to vinegar and ignire it..

JD Kober is a terrible landlord! Renter beware... He called me harassingly after 9pm, time after time, even though he was told to stop.

The Landlord left rusty nails sticking out of boards all over the property for over a month. We complained several times about the danger. He refused to address the black mold growing in the bathroom even though we asked several times. He said spray it with vinegar. Left us without an air conditioner for about 6 months when we moved in even though he said it would be replaced immediately. Was very rude and harassingly called me over and over after 9pm even though he was asked to stop. SLUMLORD
