Jan is a horrible communicator. She does not answer texts or bother to call you. She claims to have 15 years of experience renting, but everything she does says otherwise. She seems to make rules up as she goes but will also forget what was said in your last convo so there is no consistency. You will have to keep track of everything because she will not. She is unable to answer questions regarding her property and, in fact, dislikes being asked questions. She should not be a landlord.

Jan, the manager, is absolutely rude and out of touch with reality. Expect no help and for her to actively cause issues.

Worst Landlord experience I've ever had!! EXTREMELY poor communication, which was the root cause of pretty much all of our problems. No care for tenant privacy or rights. Lied so many times.

This was the WORST landlord experience I've ever had. She has POOR communication, which was the root of most problems. She would agree to one thing, then go back on her word, and trying to make us at fault. We learned quickly that we had to keep ALL written communication to prove at a later point what was agreed upon. She promised the apt would be ready by move-in, it was a MESS when we moved in, with pictures to prove it. We left it in better condition than move in, but no deposit returned.
