He is racist and made derogatory comments towards me and my group. Very negative experience. Would never rent one of his properties.

I lived in Binghamton for 4 years. For 1 semester I lived in a gross apartment that was old and *****. I moved out and then rented 1 floor in Isaac's property. The house was well kept. If I ever had an issue Isaac was very responsive and took care of it in a timely manner. Highly recommend.

Made legal threats when we witheld rent payment over the lack of heating and electricity for nearly a straight week. Accuses tenants of breaking down heat to extort him. Finally took us seriously with code violation.
