Unprofessional. They don’t answer the phone or bother returning phone calls. They are also bad at accounting: they keep terrible (no?) records and are unable to provide an account statement. I would not recommend hiring them.

Rebecca was a absolute nightmare!!!! My husband and i were always having to deal with her nasty attitude. She would lie and say we were late with our rent after we paid on time. This company is shady and i woukd never rent from them again!!!

I lived in the same townhouse for 9 years. Never had a single problem until Inner Mountain Property took over. I was given a 90 day no cause eviction because they wanted to remodel and jack the rent up even higher than it already was. They kept my entire deposit saying my place was very ***** and had to clean everything. As you can see from the pics i took the day i moved out, that was a complete lie. I paid alot of money so my place would be professionally cleaned and had a witness come over day of walk-thru. I was treated like a second class citizen and could not believe how unethical and unprofessional this company is. To anyone looking for a place, i would definitely NOT recommend Inner Mountain Property!
