Building very modern, great amenities and I personally love the location. Would definitely recommend. Amazing apartment building, great staff, quick to respond to issues, centrally located.

The actual apartments are the perfect size and the views are beautiful. The building is extremely clean and well-kept, with a great coffee machine, lounge area with pool tables and a theater room, a stunning rooftop area, and a gym in the building included in the rent. I cannot recommend the Icon more.

We have had a water problem, every other month and a water main broke last week destroying our apartment.

Responsive management, nice front desk, great amenities. It's one of the nicest, more modern buildings you can live in Philly. The only issue is that occasionally we had an issue with our sink

Nice front desk, great amenities. It's one of the nicest, more modern buildings you can live in in Philly. The only issue is that occasionally we had an issue with our sink
