The whole HUB team has been amazingly friendly. The apartment is beautiful, the location is great and you simply can’t beat the amenities in the building.

The apartments are modern, bright and spacious and the amenities are second to none. The gym is one of the reasons we decided on the Hub as our home. The newly opened rooftop terrace has stunning views of Brooklyn and Manhattan.

Best place to live in Brooklyn downtown. very lively, best views, lot of amenities best in area. Close to everything. The management team, technicians, and concierge are very professional and helpful.
