This company will not respond to things that need to be fixed on the property

They don't fix anything they are bias towards African Americans they will not help fix anything in my home they never answer they don't care if your new born is freezing your roof fell on your kids!!

I feel this has been a blessing and a curse at the same time I just feel there's no equality here and they are not to fined of blacks

Hometown Holdings is the worst PM I've ever rented from. They manage too many properties that are run down/in a state of disrepair. Their primary concern is profit above all else. Maintenance requests are rarely ever responded to in a timely manner, maintenance is often insufficient & takes many visits to accomplish a single task, lease is exploitative & puts all responsibility on the tenant (despite property having mold, extensive water damage, pests, cosmetic damage, broken appliances etc).
