Helen was great at the beginning, and made an extra effort to let me move in a day early. After living there for a couple of months Helen tried to convince me to borrow $40,000 from my girlfriend's grandma to invest in a house and Helen would manage it for me. She seemed to be too friendly with my roommate and on more than one occasion she would talk to me about complaints that he had. When I told her I would be moving out at the end of the lease, she began showing the apartment with only a couple of hours notice, including when I would be at work and not have a chance to clean up or prepare my room for showing. I spent two hours cleaning my room/bathroom before moving out. I was okay with the fact that it may still need minor touch ups, but Helen described it as "filthy". Along with a $100 cleaning fee, Helen deducted two months of utilities from my security deposit. I was okay with the cleaning fee deduction, but one of the months of utilities she deducted is totally incorrect. I explained this to her with solid facts and explained what the total of my check should be. I explained this both via text and email. Upon receipt of the texts, she simply "disliked" them and did not respond. I am still waiting for response on this issue.
