Multiple health code violations! Dogs urinate and defecate everywhere! The landscaping has been destroyed with dog urine and feces. Hallway carpeting is disgusting, needs to be replaced! Filthy!

Dogs defecate & urinate everywhere! EMBARRASSING signs with pictures of defecating & urinating dogs that say “please be respectful “ but obviously some of these filthy residents either don’t know how to read or have no respect for the manager (nobody does)! She’ll waste $ on useless signs & accommodations for dogs when she needs to invest in GUTTING OUT THE TOXIC AREAS. DOGS WILL NEVER STOP MARKING THEIR TERRITORY! ONLY GETS WORSE! REPLACE THE DISGUSTING HALLWAY CARPETING ! It’s a DISGRACE!

Filthy, Unsanitary, Foul Smelling, Rundown, Outdated and Poorly Managed

Posted 8 months ago

The building is unclean & falling apart. Everything is old & outdated. The manager refuses to make any updates. It’s extremely unpleasant and unsafe. Stinky, noisy dogs that defecate & urinate everywhere, disgusting ,stained carpeting, clogged garbage chutes, broken , unsanitary callbox, broken, filthy elevators, package room has no security, musty stairs with rodents & the odor of dirty dogs, broken garage doors, unsafe garage with crumbling ceilings, inadequate parking. The worst manager ever!

Unsanitary to the point that it’s unsafe for the residents and visitors

Posted 9 months ago

Dogs urinate & defecate in the same areas that people are eating (as well as the “landscaped area” & the rest of the building). It’s toxic to the air & harmful to everyone’s health and safety. Dogs never stop marking their territory, so it only gets worse. The only answer is to gut out & pave the area (it would help to extend the parking lot) but the manager has refused to do so. The building is rundown and falling apart. The hallway carpeting is 20 years old & disgusting! It needs to be replaced

Worst building manager ever!

Posted 1 year ago

Even after several months of the same complaints about the building being rundown unsanitary & destroyed by the dogs in the building, the manager has done nothing to improve the situation . It’s obvious that she doesn’t care about the building or any of the residents, unless they’re the unsanitary dog people who are ruining the building, because that’s her audience. She believes that writing her own positive reviews online will compensate for the negative reviews rather than just doing her job!

Rundown and outdated with dead landscaping that was killed by the dogs urinating and defecating. Overwhelming odor of dog urine and feces. 20 year old , stained and worn out hallway carpet.

Posted 1 year ago

The hallway carpeting is 20 years old and worn out with stains. The manager’s response is that “the carpets are cleaned” but they don’t look or smell clean. This is a 20 year old carpet and it needs to be replaced! The landscaping is dead, due to the dogs defecating and urinating. It looks and smells awful (but ignored by the manager) Her “solution “ was new mulch. The bushes should be removed, since the dogs will never stop marking their territory! A shared, dirty phone is used for entrance!
