Hector Melgoza was the best landlord I've had and I have had many land lords. The house was extremely clean, when I moved in, that showed me that He cared about his property. He and I communicated and agreed on the up-keep of the lawn. I lived there for 5 yrs. but due to covid and my job closing, I had to move. I received 100% of my deposit and we departed on good terms.
