Horrible landlord. You rent from an agent then Susan the owner and her daughter are in charge they are not properly managers. Anytime something broke they treat you like it’s your fault. Ice maker broke when we moved. We had to fix it ourselves Microwave took 5 weeks to fix. Garage door broke called owner 5 times with no response. Call daughter Hali who is on the lease to call and was told by Hali not to call her again it’s harassment. Owner finally answered the phone and was told to just open the garage manually. That a garage door opener is not needed it just an option. Wanted us to keep gates unlocked so the gardener that we had to pay $50 extra a month to come over to blow the leaves out of the yard. Was told you live in a gated community so locked are not needed. Plumbing in the house was awful. When calling Susan she said there is a plumbers snake to use it for the toilets. Carpets started having pet stains show from previous owners. But we are paying for pet stains from our deposit. When we didn’t have pets per the lease. Replaced a toilet was never reimbursed. When moving out met with the realtor. Cecilia did a walk through. All toilets were flushed and garbage disposal was turned on all worked. Yet revived a letter from the owner with charges of $2395 for repairs to include a new garbage disposal and toilets. Even implied a diaper needed to be removed from a toilet, how could the realtor Cecila flush the toilet and then they don’t work a week later ? Susan is a rip off of your deposit. Be careful if you rent this property or any property she ownes. Shame on you Susan Naimi and daughter Hali! You give landlords a bad name. You should not manage your own property’s. Had this been disclosed in the lease when renting from a realtor we would not have rented.
