Best Landlord I've had!

I lived in one of Harry's buildings for almost 4 years and he was an excellent landlord! If maintenance was necessary, it was done quickly. He's also very responsive in text/email. The place I lived was just a few blocks from the subway, Temple campus, and the grocery store. A great experience!

I highly recommend Harry to all a Temple students. He’s great and always accommodates your needs. He’s a phone call away for anything you need. He also has many handymen who are very useful/helpful. He cares about Temple and its students.

Harry was a wonderful landlord for the past 2 years! Extremely helpful and responsive to any requests or questions we had. Always gives us a heads up if he or any of his repair men are coming by, and is willing to work with us if the timing is inconvenient. I've heard plenty of horror stories from people renting from management companies, and am ecstatic about my renting experience by comparison. I would recommend him to anyone renting around Temple! You won't regret it!

Harry is a great landlord. He lives in the area and always responds and acts on issues extremely quickly. It puts our minds at ease that he is attentive and concerned with the safety of his tenants.

Harry is a great guy, easy to work with and very on top of whatever you need. We had a few alarm issues and repairs along the way and everything was attended to the day of if not the next morning. Move in and out were extremely easy! The spaces are new and updated. He genuinely cares about his renters and if I had another year on campus I would have renewed. Wish I found him sooner!

Great experience! The apartment was clean, large, and spacious. Great security and Harry was always easy to contact if in need of maintenance or anything else! Very respectful and mindful of his tenants and their schedules.

The apartment was large and spacious. @ bed, 2 bath bi-level allowed for me and my roommate to have our own spaces. The kitchen was large with great appliances and tons of storage space.

Harry is definitely one of the best landlords you will find in the Temple area. As thanks for one of my roommates renewing her lease, Harry bought us an 'upgrade' (we chose a new TV) for the apartment. He's very a helpful and responsive landlord and everything gets taken care of right away.

Harry is by far the best landlord I've had. Very communicative and friendly. Free maintenance on short notice. If you're renting off-campus housing around Temple you can't do better than Harry.

Usually don't leave reviews, but felt compelled to because Harry is such a great guy. Highly recommended, especially considering how many not-so-great landlords there are managing the properties around Temple.
