Harry Goodheart truly lives up to his name. From before we even moved in, he made us feel cared for and supported. Any time we needed something, and even when we didn't ask for it, he was always there keeping up to safety standards, checking in, handling maintenance proactively, and making sure everything in the apartment was perfect. The place itself was every Temple University student's dream safe, updated, clean, and close to the police station :)

What really stood out though were the small, thoughtful gestures our landlord made. At the beginning of the semester, Harry would drop off "pizza money" just for picking up his mail, little gestures that made a big difference and showed how much he actually cared about his tenants/properties.

I am beyond grateful to have had Harry as a landlord. If I could sign this lease over and over again, I would in a heartbeat. Truly the best living experience I could have had while being a Temple student.

Harry is the best! I wish I could take him with me as I move away from Temple but sadly that is not possible. Any maintenance issues were fixed as fast as possible with zero delay. He was always responsive over text and in general a really friendly guy. Always gave notice of routine maintenance/any time someone would be entering the apartment and his move in/move out instructions are super clear and easy to follow. Anyone would be lucky to rent from Harry!

I rented with Harry for 2 years, he was an excellent landlord and far surpassed my previous landlord experiences at Temple. Harry was very attentive, kind and responsive. Whether it was questions, concerns or issues he always answers immediately and gets the help you need in a timely manner. His living spaces are clean and well maintained. I would recommend Harry’s properties to any Temple student for a great and easy living experience.

I rented with Harry for my final year at Temple University and he is one of the best landlords I had while living in Philadelphia. He was very responsive and anytime we needed a repair he had someone there in less then 24 hours. Harry is a great person and landlord. I intend to recommend him to anyone looking in the area!
