From the day we moved in he has been nothing but unprofessional, unresponsive, and flat out disrespectful. In terms of moving in: He disappeared on our move in day, making us unable to access our apartment and stranded with our belongings that we spent hours packing and driving to our location. He was unresponsive in terms of leasing questions and unclear and condescending in this process. He shows up unannounced and at late hours of the night, the couple times he appeared to make repairs. He also confused apartments so would make unnecessary repairs in our place that were meant for his other properties. We still have a list of 15+ problems and repairs that he has ignored since moving in. He handles every situation in the most unprofessional manner possible, waiting to see you in the street, or outside, to aggressively confront you. He raises rent unnecessarily and cheats everyone out of there security deposit. One google search and half a conversation with him will prove his insanity.

AVOID THIS MAN AT ALL COSTS!!! He repeatedly created an uninhabitable living environment! There were roaches all over the place,one was dead next to the washing machine for months. However,he blamed us for the roaches present in our apartment. He would not salt the driveway in the winter,making it unusable. He also wouldn't salt the front steps,so there was no entry or exit from the building. The water was shut off multiple times without tenant notice,on a planned repair! We moved in and brought all of the apartments issues to his attention and nothing was done about any of it. The stove constantly leaked gas,the dishwasher never worked and was only replaced two weeks prior to move out,and the apartment was disgusting when we moved in (not clean,plate over a hole in the wall,multiple other holes in the walls). He did not like having any issues brought to his attention and would complain when you asked him to do his job. He even went as far as to say we were "bullying" him,when we asked he did something about the roaches repeatedly. He cheats every single tenant out of their security deposit. If you are a female this is not a good place to be.
