I'm happy i choose this company to rent with. I love my house! Tiara got me approved within 48 hours and guided me throughout the process. Even after she still ensures she reaches out to me to make sure everything is going good. Overall experience is great and maintenance is very responsive to my request. I read some previous reviews and I can not relate, thankful for new management!
Customer service is nonexistent. Faceless corp that traps you in call centers and auto-replies. It's impossible to get anyone on the phone, They take weeks to reply via email, and the contact person changes every few months without notice. Thankfully, maintenance issues submitted online are responded to in a timely manner, although the quality of repairs and services is subpar. Fixed water is too expensive, required renters insurance covers nothing, and they don't do lawn care.
No customer service or friendliness. Any repairs needed were a huge hassle for the company and took weeks.They sent out 3rd party workers (plumbers/ rodent removal) that used cheap and sloppy solutions for the issues we had. First month spent with an oven that didn’t work. They replaced it, after 4 weeks with a used oven with the control knob melted off and a knob from a totally different oven popped over top of the melting. Neighbors of ours with the same rental company experienced flooding but they didn’t help him because he was behind on rent. Our house was broken into and it took over 48 hours of calling and leaving messages for them to contact with us about securing the property. It has now been a week and they have yet to secure the house. We were told by 2 different employees before we signed a lease that we would be receiving air conditioning. The work order was in for 3 months . We ended up buying our own. They mow the grass once it gets waist high.
