Good Luck Getting a Hold of Anyone

It is incredibly difficult to get a person on the phone with this property manager because of their automated system. There is poor communication between agents. When we arrived to the rental, it was obvious the unit had not been cleaned (hair in the shower, muddy boot prints on the floor, etc.). Moreover, the unit was promised with features it did not have and that never manifested. Unit had a serious palmetto bug problem and the yard was not maintained prior to us moving in.
