Newer building/nice looking. Grill on the roof is always empty on gas and or broken and *****.

Multiple fire alarms went off while I lived there. Utilities were expensive. AC unit had major problems

The apartments are a bit pricey

The community is quiet and has nice park-like grounds.The property is well maintained, as well as the common areas.
