Newer building/nice looking. Grill on the roof is always empty on gas and or broken and dirty.

Multiple fire alarms went off while I lived there. Utilities were expensive. AC unit had major problems

All in all the Goldtex is a decent place..

Goldtex is a great apartment.I would recommend this.Everyone is extremely friendly and pleasant to work with..

The apartment is affordable and is very spacious and centrally located to surrounding amenities.

The building in general is really nice.

The community is quiet and has nice park-like grounds.The property is well maintained, as well as the common areas.
