Doesn't care about his tenants only cares about money.

Don't wast your time or money with this guy! The new tenant also bought two dogs after he moved in and they were always running around at all hours when you wanted to be sleeping. The landlord was very cheap and frugal with everything especially when it came to getting out deposit back when we left the apartment spotless and even showed it to 3 new potential tenants for him and one took it the same weekend we moved out. I would not recommend anyone renting from him ever again.
