This whole thing is a disaster. His property management company left halfway through our time living there, and he never contacted us about it once. DO NOT RENT FROM HIM

This landlord was a nightmare. We never ever heard from him. He was rude and bothered anytime we did contact him in the 3 years that we lived there. Then when we were getting ready to move out, all of a sudden there were problems because he didn’t want to return our security deposit. We treated the house well, kept it clean, despite living there through Covid. We were the best tenants and yet he was awful and not accommodating. The whole thing was an awful headache. Also the neighborhood sucks
