Worst landlord in my life. Dishonest, unethical and absent.

I currently am working with L&I to get much needed relief. The thermostat is set on a timer to begin heating some mornings as late as 9AM. This morning is was 52 degrees in my place when I awoke since I leave for work at 6AM three hours before heat starts.
