COCKROACHES, BLACK MOLD, & MANY BREAK INS

Worst experience I’ve had. Loved there for 4 years. Tons of cockroaches! They towed my car and I had to pay to get it out even though it was parked legally in my own floor. Mold everywhere!! An expert confirmed they have a bad mold problem. They tried to increase my rent over $200 after 4 years. Many break in that they kept under wraps. Have had to move resident because of extreme amounts of mold. Beware! Do not move here!! Already into their 6th property manager in the 4 years I’ve stayed here!
