Living conditions are deplorable. The property is old, has mold, and possibly lead in the paint. Landlord is deceptive and makes fraudulent claims and charges against the tenant. Power frequently goes out, no hot water, leaking roof, flooding yard, doors do not seal, outdated heating and cooling, rampant pests. Landlord will pretend to not know the footage of the property, but is also a realtor. Landlord violated boundaries and manipulates tenants into doing the work for him.
