I have never been treated like this with any other rental property. Communication is a big issue with this property provider and they do poor/ minimum work with the repairs. (If they respond to your work orders at all). You have no direct/face to face communication methods unless they schedule to come to your home and most times, they do not arrive or call to let you know that something has come up. I have had to come out of my own pockets to have this home properly repaired and management shows no concern. I moved in March of 2020 and when I found another home, First Class Rentals told them that my lease was not up until July, which forced me to stay another year because I could not find anything else at that time. Even thought they have never had any problems with me paying my rent, they continue to slap me in the face. Save yourself the grief. Do not do business with these people.

Just want to say I am awaiting the day my lease is up. This company fired and hired property manager in a year. Two being fired from fraud! This company does not respond in a timely matter emergency or not. My home does not hold heat due to some many reasons, I found a snake in my home! I’ve put in so many tickets with no confirmation, for a very long time I had plumbing issues to the point I had to go to a hotel until the issue was resolved. I am over all disgusted they rent the house as is the yard is ugly and only so much you can do to help keep iotnlooking nice knowingly you do not OWN this home. Over all I’m extremely disgusted from management down to the home I feel unsafe not from the neighborhood but from my own home and this company they’re not reliable what so ever and target younger crowds with the price ! Biggest Lesson learned!

While living there things was ok. When I move in grass wasn't cut brushes was trim and I was told not to paint because they like to used the same paint color. The day I turn the keys in I was told everything was good and then I received a letter saying they charge me 250 to paint each room 550 for doing yard work and more off the wall fees. I paid a 800 deposit and received a 2000 dollar bill.

Landlord is extremely racist and slum loves to get over on and targets minority, will not fix anything but will harrass and try to intimidate ,not a good place for you or your family to live beware!!!!! He is begging the tenants to help him find repair men and maintenance due to them quitting due to his slum lord behavior run!!!!

Moved in 4/1/20 had water in basement the first week and have gotten a song and dance ever since. Pipes leaking, windows open but won’t close, coat hangers holding cabinets in place and hinges falling off on others. Worst rental I have ever had and I’m 63 years old!!! Non responsive to messages and basically said in a nice way with a smile F You we’re not gonna fix your problems!!!

I have been having plumbing issues since I moved in! I have had Burt the Maintance man do a quick fix on everything the new guy came and fixed my sink that has been leaking since I moved in! I have had a plumber come out I haven’t heard anything now I have a swimming pool in my basement and all they wanna talk about is renters insurance this should have been fixed before I moved in! How do I have a sewer hole under my stairs I mad about that!!!!! All that Stuff came in my house

Maintenance Man Mr Burt does sloppy fast work ,response timing is poorly if he don’t cancel on you and have to reschedule.Fee,s are ridiculous if you become late due to any kind of hardship no exceptions with this Anonymous company..,, they are about to rip you off big time like the review say get a lawyer before doing any business with this company there are NO office you will meet at Restaurants..etc..to do all business and you will never see Of be informed on who truly in charge .I believe they are out the country no where near , they will call all you family on reference letter if late one day

Never get into any contract with this company until you contact an attorney because, trust me, you’re going to need one sooner or later. Please be safe and read EVERYTHING.
