Overall, had a great experience with Fenzel. Whenever I called about a work order, it would be fixed within 48 hrs. Rent is also affordable as a college student working part time.

Great Experience as a Renter. Under priced & that's hard to find in Salisbury/Fruitland

We loved our house on North Brown Street. 3 Bedrooms + 3 Full Bathrooms! Quiet Neighborhood, Close to Walmart.
