People set of the buildings fire alarm system regularly. One apt set off the sprinklers trying to kill their bed bugs which flooded the unites to ether side and everyone below. The management did not help in anyway event though it was their gas heaters that set the sprinklers off. The gym is basically destroyed with most the equipment unusable. They rent part of the gym to an MMA group that think they own the place.
