Avoid at all costs

I have mice despite being very clean. Birds living in my ceiling because I told them 6 months ago there was a hole in the roof and they never fixed it. Wasp nest on my balcony that they also said they’d take care of and never have. The neighbors are terrible. I live alone on a top floor and have a small 15 lb dog. I am very quiet. They bang on the ceiling multiple times/day. Bad mold when I moved in, never cleaned so I had to bleach & recaulk my entire shower myself. Thermostat and washer broke & not fixed timely
