They let themselves into the apartment all the time with no notice for nonemergencies! Who knows how many times theyve come in while I wasnt there to catch them. Addressing this issue with them goes nowhere.Unfixed roof leaks leaking gallons of water per day all winter when the snow melted. Left unfixed for 3 months. They didn't care that the living room was unlivable from towels and 12+ pots and pans set out the entire time. Went without internet for 10 days because they expected the tenants to let Comcast in to fix the internet, even though they kept the modem behind a locked door that only they could open. They are rude, incompetent, and only care about getting as much money from you as they can. They don't care that you're people; you are only a paycheck to them. DO NOT RENT WITH SWEETSPOT, BARBARA D'ADDARIO, OR DOUG FAITH. Literally counting down the days until I start my new lease with a different landlord!
This is the worst rental agency I have ever experienced. This is also one of the most unprofessional and unpleasant experiences I have had with anyone who I ever dealt with, down to the cashiers at Wal-Mart. None of our appliances were ever maintained, when we moved in the apartment was sticky, the landlord was rude, and before we moved out I received several screaming phone calls from the property manager who called me a liar and proceeded to hang up on me several time. The lease was also broken my the landlord and property manager numerous times. Most of our appliances were broken half way through the year, and at the end of the year we were informed that we had to fix everything down to the light fixtures in order to get back our security deposit, even though it states on the lease that the landlord takes care of this stuff. DO NOT RENT FROM THIS COMPANY.
