This property began as a classy and beautiful oasis. Since the abrupt property Mgmt change, service has greatly declined. The noise, trash in buildings and parking devalues yet the cost has doubled. Manager has no contact or communication with residents and there are no activities but we pay a fee. It’s like a college campus with unsupervised kids everywhere, drugs and wild parties and noise all night. Added fees from the owners passed on to residents include rent tax, utility tax, gas tax , etc
