Great staff and great location.

A lot of the things in my room are broken or not working

The blonde girl at concierge is extremely rude.

I would recommend any students not to live here.

The staff attitude is really bad. The management has some really strange policy which is really ridiculous.

A nice place to live, the staff is friendly, great security, and the location is prime.

Evo philly staff and managers are doing an incredible job with the maintenance of the residence.

It is nice experience to live here at this price. with the great facility.
