Quick and efficient with everything I asked for! Any problem they fixed the next day or even sometimes the same day! Mary and Susan are just delightful landlords to have!

Definitely would recommend Eventide to those who are looking for an affordable place to live around campus.

The maintenance gentlemen were very cordial and fulfilled all of our requests within a day or two of submitting the requests.
