Here is the profile of my best landlord ever, who I've had for 7 years now: and counting my landlord Ethel mark she's extremely kind and courteous to me, my family, the neighbors, everyone. Entirely reasonable on repairs and what she expects from me. Makes me banana muffins and baked goods just a very nice person.She is a landlord who is well organized has never lost my rent money or misplaced any of our contracts or rental records and receipts. She shows initiative makes me feel like that’s the key to a hassle-free relationship. Timely maintenance is one of the great good qualities, her speedy maintenance is a priority with that she keeps her words and never breaks promises. No tenant likes it when their landlord is condescending, rude, or judgmental. Nope not my landlord Ethel mark here cultivate an atmosphere of respect by acting with complete professionalism, keeping her distance, and being kind and honest. I know I can trust her because she trust me to do things like paying the rent on time without being pestered excessively and very capable of completing important tasks and staying on top of assignments. As Tenants We hate to be left in the dark more than anything. Ethel mark is good proprietor she has mastered the art of communication. She has always answered my questions quickly, address concerns thoroughly, and inform me of important dates and maintenance work being performed. She always keeps me in the loop and makes it easier for me to establish a good relationship with her as my landlord. She’s very understanding and flexible. One thing I love is her Solid presence at all times very reliable. Ethel mark Keeps to herself mostly, and only intervene if there’s a pressing problem or when I ask her to get involved. Lol based on my timeline of living in her several rental units , Mrs. Mark has Showed me and my family compassion she has a big heart who sees the importance of maintaining strong landlord-tenant relations. Right now living in her rsm property I know that I have no plans to leave. I could easily be there another 10-20 years. She is the only landlord who rents her property that reached out and contacted us two weeks to a month after we moved in and asked if everyone is doing okay. Her driven compassion makes her a great landlord she also very knowledgeable about the landlord/tenant laws and In addition to the Fair Housing Laws. Very smart nurse who will go above and beyond for her tenant. I'm sure better landlords exist, but I feel it is unlikely I would ever find a better one.,
Ethel as a landlord is very fair, easy to talk to and reasonable. I rented to her one of her rental property in Orange County in February 2019. We moved to her new condo that she just bought on September 2020 and signed a 2 year lease. When we moved to the new unit & I got the invoices from cleaning & painting. Also, when there’s issue from plumbing, AC etc she responded immediately w/in 24 hours or less. She’s the is highly recommended!!
I can tell those who will rent to one of her rental properties that I have been and still her tenants since 2004. Ethel as a landlord & as a person she is nice, very fair & reasonable and she never intrude. She makes sure to give us 72 hours to a week when she or HOAs staff has to enter my place. For over 16 years if renting with Ethel I think she or her agent came to the unit is probably less than 10x. Ethel is landlord that every tenant wants.
This landlord opened the property to renters during an open property dispute with the HOA, which led to several occasions of breaking the renter’s privacy without compensation. There were several occasions where the landlord arrived without proper notice and had workers in the private spaces that the renter did not know. This made the property feel unsafe and insecure. Plumbing issues made acquiring renters insurance impossible. The landlord had not been proactive in replacing plumbing fixtures over decades of use, causing issues to neighboring units which they had to repair themselves. Full deposit was not returned, landlord claimed $400 in carpet cleaning fees for 200ft^2 of carpeting. No invoices provided. Renter beware, this landlord is dishonest and has poor relations with the HOA.
