Great apartment, great community and great staff. I was pressed for time trying to move out of my old place. I visited EOS on Friday afternoon and decided that we wanted to live here. The staff was very patient and courteous with us throughout the whole process. They were very quick in responding to everything.

This apartment complex is by far one of the best places I have lived! The office is not only friendly and extremely caring, but goes out of their way to accommodate and do anything to make sure it’s taken care of. I mean I have never seen a manger/director put hands on cleaning or painting if needed. This man has shown leadership in a different light.

The location is perfect. Close to UCF but not too close to the crowds and the massive number of student housing complexes.

I love the atmosphere it’s quiet and everything you need food stores and entertainment is right around the corner or down the street everyone is nice always smiling and professional here
