The utilities are included and the staff is fantastic

Overpriced, but pretty nice. Too many problems to make it worth it imo.

The tennis courts, patio, staff, and neighbors are great.

When the back gate break (frequently this occurs), junkies use the back patio as a place to sleep.

Ellicott House is close to a lot of bike paths and the property manager is amazing. She fixes issues promptly and swiftly.
