Never had an issue

Worst management ever. Don't call them because they are the worst, especially those in the leasing office. First they hired a manager that was stealing from tenants, then a maintenance man that would ***** on doors and threaten tenants. I don't like giving bad reviews, but it's necessary.

The worst. They maybe cheap, but their management is so rude.

I recently lost my job and have been Trying to find another but we keep playing roundabout on the phone, I cant sublet but I cant afford rent.my neighbors are ***** my apartment stinks of ***** from the tenants. I was told that heat was included but its all electric heat.this is my first apartment and sure thinking its the worst.

Management response time was generally quick, but staff was unhelpful in answering leasing questions. Maintenance work was done quickly, but the work was poor and often left unfinished requiring repeated requests to have them come back and complete the job. Worst of all, they sold the complex to another management company without any notice whatsoever to tenants. They collected rent for the month after they were no longer in ownership and simply left the property.

Common hallways are *****. Neighbors smoke Marijuana constantly, it smells everywhere. Property maintenance is rude. Snow removal takes forever, and didn't bother to clear a walking path for residents. Washer machines broken all the time, people walk their dogs in grassy areas that kids play in, and don't bother to clean up after their pets.

RENTERS PLEASE BEWARE!!! Worst place I've ever lived. Small space for such a large rent per month. If you have a snow storm on the weekend, forget about maintenance and watch your step! They've entered our apartment with less than 24 hours notice. Told us they'd enter on a Wednesday and came Monday while nightshifters were upstairs sleeping! I've never had such a negative relationship with property management before. Please don't get yourself involved. Find a new place!!!!
