None stop roaches , lying about receiving funds , tried to involve me in the harassment and drama with neighbors , mold , pipe bursts , was left without toilet access with fecal matter back up for over a week . Attempted intimidation when reporting to 311 . “Handy man” inefficient and sexual harassment attempt .
