The staff in the leasing office are all very friendly and helpful.

I have lived at Dobson Mills for 4 years. The apartments are spacious and have great closet space. Management has always been friendly and helpful. All my utilities came on one bill so it was easy to pay.

Pool is great in the summer.

The management is good. They really do care about their residents and some of them are residents themselves. Maintenance is thorough and works hard.
