Okay place to live

Timothy Cote is the absolute worst landlord imaginable. He treats his tenants like peasants and doesn’t own up to any issues with his rental properties. If you have the opportunity to rent properties from any other landlord in DC do it! If you rent from this guy you will regret it immediately. He does not care about the people he rents to and does not tend to any issues that occur at his properties.
